- 03Excavation conditions
- Depth assumptions, wet or unsuitable soil, roots, existing drainage, hand-dig areas, dewatering assumptions, equipment limits, spoil handling, and haul-off.
- 04Access and protection
- Gate width, fences, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, pool equipment, structures, pavers, concrete, driveways, equipment and material work area, and surfaces that must remain protected.
- 05Utility and site conflicts
- Sunshine 811 notification, separately identified private lines, irrigation, septic components when applicable, property boundaries, and the process for an unexpected conflict.
- 06Outlet work
- The final connection or discharge component, erosion protection, accessibility, public-boundary review, and any condition that could change the outlet scope.
- 07Restoration and cleanup
- Finish grade, sod, seed, mulch, planting beds, irrigation repair, hardscape restoration, excess-material removal, cleanup, and excluded finish work.
- 08Schedule, changes, and closeout
- Expected sequence, written change approval, permit responsibility when applicable, completion criteria, route records, component locations, maintenance guidance, and warranty terms if offered.
