Privacy Policy
This policy explains how contact information and request details may be handled when you call, email, or submit a drainage service request.
Information you provide
If you call, email, or use the online request form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service need, desired timing, drainage problem description, and preferred contact method. The form does not request an exact street address and does not accept photo uploads.
How request information may be used
Cape Coral Drainage Guide is an independent connection service and receives requests first. Request information may be used by the Guide to respond to your inquiry, discuss service fit and next steps, reduce spam, and maintain the short-term records needed to operate the request process. The separate one-professional sharing checkbox is optional and is not required to send a request. If a suitable local drainage professional is selected, and only when that optional authorization was granted, relevant details may be shared with that one professional so they can respond. Requests are not automatically routed or shared with multiple providers.
Request security and retention
Online form submissions and inbound emails are encrypted in the private intake and automatically expire there after 30 days. Parsed email sender, subject, and message text may also be retained in an owner-only local request history for up to 365 days so service requests can be reviewed and followed up; raw email files and attachment contents are not kept in that history. Rate-limit records use a one-way hash rather than storing the visitor's raw IP address.
Analytics boundary
Request-page and contact-link interactions may be counted by event type, page path, button location, channel, provider, tracking version, and a coarse source category such as Google organic, direct, internal, or another website. These aggregate website interaction records expire after 90 days and do not store an IP address, user agent, source URL, query string, name, email address, phone number, or cross-session visitor identifier.
Cloudflare Web Analytics separately provides aggregate page and performance measurements. The site does not use its own advertising cookies or cross-site visitor profiles.
Call recording
Calls are not recorded. Any future recording requires prior notice, a consented capability verification, legal review of the notice, and separate operational approval.
Photo uploads
Photo upload is not enabled. If photos are needed, use only a secure method provided by Cape Coral Drainage Guide or a selected local drainage professional.
